We usually process and ship orders within 2 business days of receiving them.
*Please Note: Paying through PayPal using the eCheck option delays your order shipment. This is because we are not able to ship the package until the check clears which usually takes 3-4 business days.
U.S. SHIPPING RATES
Shipping rates for all orders are based on the order’s total weight (rates are in USD):
Jewelry orders under $75 are $3.99 to anywhere in the US
Jewelry orders that total $75 or more qualify for free shipping!
Use the code JEWELRY75 in the cart (just below where you input your postal code) to remove any shipping charges that appear. If you have a heavier item in your order (Zinc Ointment, Soap Nuts, etc.) you must use the code JEWELRY399 instead. *Note that this will credit you $3.99 against your order. Your shipping charge will remain the same based on the weight of the larger items. Heavier items do not count towards the $75. You can however sometimes squeeze one or two jewelry items in with a heavier item and not pay additional shipping. See below:

Most orders to the US will be shipped via Canada Post Light Packet USA (air). Average delivery time takes 4-6 business days.
Ointments will be shipped USA Air Small Packet which takes 4-10 business days on average. Customs, however, can sometimes slow things down. Please allow for a few extra days before contacting us regarding a ‘missing’ package.
*The address we ship your package to is your shipping address in PayPal. Please make sure this address is correct/current. We cannot be responsible for lost packages which were shipped to an incorrect address provided by you.

INSURANCE
We are now offering insurance on all orders for just $1.99. This is to ensure you against the loss of your package in the mail. As you know if you’ve ordered much through the mail, it’s pretty rare, but it still happens. This is all the more true for international orders.
If you order (and have correctly provided your address) and your package never arrives, we will replace it at no cost to you, but only if you have purchased insurance. To add insurance to your order, simply use the ‘add to cart’ button at the bottom of any product page.
